My name is Moha (also known as Jenny to some) and I am happy to tell you a little about my background and practice.
I was born and raised in China, where I started my training in martial arts at an early age. I later spent many years studying Tai Chi, going on to become a teacher of this ancient Chinese practice. I have had the great fortune of being able to teach many hundreds of people during my more than 40 years of teaching.
It is my vision to pass on my knowledge and experience so that as many people as possible can achieve the benefits and rewards that I have personally gained through my many years of practice.
My practice is a lifelong journey and, when I am not teaching, I spend time learning from others, including attending many week-long intensive training courses. In the past two years, I spent a month on retreat in India where I focused on my professional and personal development. I also attend the National Iyengar Yoga Convention each year, where I can meet many internationally-known teachers.
I hope you find what you are looking for on my website. You can book classes and workshops directly on the site, find out about private tuition, and there will soon be a number of resources available for download.
If you have attended any of my classes in the past, I will be delighted if you would consider writing a testimonial.
