I’m Moha (Jenny to some) and my aim is to help you achieve a healthy body, a calm mind and a joyful life through the practices of Iyengar Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.
Come and try for yourself in a calm and safe environment with like-minded people.
Iyengar Yoga places great emphasis on precision and correct alignment of the body.
This enhances natural breathing, enabling the student to become absorbed in the action so that a quiet, meditative state of mind is achieved.
Tai Chi is a martial art originating in ancient China.
It is also based on Qi Gong (or Chi Gong), a system of traditional Chinese medicine which centres on the creation and regulation of ‘qi’ – a form of pervasive energy which, in the body, represents the vital forces that sustain life.

Blending Tai Chi with Pilates and Iyengar Yoga has, without a doubt, improved my overall fitness and strength – I definitely would recommend trying any of the 3 classes on offer.

The slow gently movement of Tai Chi and Qi Gong as taught by Jenny (Moha) Wong, a highly qualified teacher of traditional Chinese therapy, have improved my movements to that of a much younger person.
