Iyengar Yoga places great emphasis on precision and correct alignment of the body.
This enhances natural breathing, enabling the student to become absorbed in the action so that a quiet, meditative state of mind is achieved.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a martial art originating in ancient China.
It is also based on Qi Gong (or Chi Gong), a system of traditional Chinese medicine which centres on the creation and regulation of ‘qi’ – a form of pervasive energy which, in the body, represents the vital forces that sustain life.

Pilates

Pilates
A key principle of Pilates is that of strengthening and stabilising the core, the network of muscles in our lumbopelvic region which provides our control and stability.
This is immensely beneficial to improving day-to-day movements.
